    Check for loose wires, frayed cords, or any visible damage. If the problem persists, send it in for diagnostics and repair along with a recalibration.

  • What does it mean when I get an error code or the machine won’t scan?

    Error codes may indicate issues with fittings, leads, or outdated software. Contact us for further support.

  • Can I get a scanner or software update for my unit?

    Yes! We provide scanner and firmware/software updates for compatible units. Indicate “scanner update” in your service request.

  • My leads or cords are damaged—can they be replaced?
